First Time Buyer

Too be honest I dont know how anyone can afford a house for the first time these days, I mean the mortgage will be over a grand a month most probably and if you don't earn much, thats most if not all of your wage.

Well I was thinking the otherday (it's rare) How am I going to get on to the property ladder? If i could raise the deposit and even cover the cost of the mortgage. How woud i afford anything else?

What if I purchase a house and then rent it out a few years until my wages increase enough to cover all the costs? So the person who is renting the house will be paying a lot of my mortgage? And it wouldnt matter if they missed payment as i would be able to cover the cost as I would be living with my parents still.

Crazy I know, but it could just work

Norway - a place not to go

Back about 2 years ago i went to Norway on a coach.. It was the worst week of my life. The most expensive place i've ever been and i spent most of the holidays in the toliet. As i had food poisoning from the under cooked food that i ate.

Just an idea of how expensive it was;

Half a pint of beer = £6

Breakfast for 3 people = £100

Now i see why Norway is not a tourist destination.

How to gain more mpg per tank of petrol

I used to get very bad from my car, (KA Sport). I was averaging 180 miles from £38 which is pretty appauling. That was using so called super-market petrol. I then switched to BP petrol and i am finding im gettin 220 miles from a tank, which is still rubbish but a lot better than before!

If you was priminister

Lets say you was voted prime minister... what would be the first 5 things on your list to change in this country?

here's mine;

1. Remove all speed cameras and speed limits (except for towns and built up areas)

2. Kick all the lazy non-working immigrants and immigrant criminals out and stop immigration.

3. Stop all benifits and lower tax council tax

4. Remove VAT on petrol

5. Allow police to carry guns. In my opinion the law is too strict on petty crimes like speeding and not strict enough on more serious crimes like murder and assault. This boy who used to be in my school stabbed this man 7 times (guy survived somehow) and the boy had 6 months in this kids prison, where he had a playstation and tv in his room! access to the gym and football pitch! wtf? so let me get this straight? if i stab someone i will go to somewhere like butlins for 6 months. surely this wont deter them from re-offending.

Then the average joe is going down the motorway a bit fast and gets put in jail for a year for dangerous driving.

Gordon Brown.. do us all a favour.. Retire.

Hope you all enjoyed my ranting, haven't got a clue why i did it. and i hope i didn't offend anybody.

i got plenty more i would do but only 5 things are allowed.

Beijing Olympics may be called off!

From watching the news the other day, China has been told basically if they don't sort their act out, they wont have the Olympics! They are abusing people's human rights. Imprisoning them for speaking out.

They also knocked down thousands of homes to make way for the new facilities. And it's led to believe that they would not get paid!

Not sure how true this is, because the news always twists and exaggerates the truth.
